Need to completely erase a Samsung 970 Evo Plus including the OS (Windows10).

Installed Windows 10 on a new build using a commercially purchased flash drive. Version 1709. This version didn’t recognize my graphics board. Used Update Assistant to update to version 1809. Ran into other problems unrelated to the OS (faulty M2 slot on motherboard) and performed a clean install of Windows 10 using a flash drive with an iso file downloaded from the Microsoft site. This was version 1903. After the clean install I noticed that there were now two instances of the same nVidia graphics driver version in the installed programs list. Tried to do a PC reset with the “Remove Everything” option. During the reset the screen for selecting the OS displayed two instances of Windows 10 but did not pause to permit a selection. After reset was complete there were still two instances of the same nVidia graphics driver version in the installed programs list. Tried it a second time with exactly the same results.

I just replaced the motherboard and I still have the flash drive with version 1903. I want to start with a completely clean M2 drive but I haven’t been able to locate specifics on how to erase everything, including the OS , on my Evo Plus drive. Can anyone provide information on how to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance for any and all assistance.
