Hi all
Forgive me if this is a very basic question... but...
I have a Windows 2016 server and three connected, via a VPN, laptops.
I want to centralise all mail received, so all parties have access to the same emails - these are from various different email accounts. In my head I would set up the outlook files on my server and have local copies of Outlook on each machine. They then connect to the stored email .pst files on the server. Is that the best way to do it? I'm concerned that Outlook will save emails locally rather than centrally.
Or do I set up Exchange on the server and then how do I set up the client machines.
Trying to get my head around how best to do this, so any help would be fab.
Thanks so much
Jocelyn
