.Net Framework 3.5

Hi there,


I am trying to install .Net Framework 3.5 in Windows Server 2016, unfortunately, it seems impossible. These are the steps taken to solve this problem:

1. 
   Add roles and feature, specify the external path (DVD iso, D:sources\sxs) [STUCK AT 13%]
   
   
2. 
   Powershell DISM enable-feature (STUCK AT 1.1%)
   
   
3. 
   Install feature using Powershell (FAILED)
   
   
4. 
   Group policy editor (gpedit.msc), enable specify settings for component installation (NOT WORKING)
   

Do you guys have another approach to solve this? I am really clueless right now.
