Windows updates fail

Hi,

I have windows 2016 server in a VM.

Windows updates tries to install KB4507459, and fails after restart at 99% then rolls back. How to troubleshoot?


I tried to download and install windows10.0-kb4507459-x64_67d347cdf1933c9da47f7e6f96424ce89debce41 from ms web site, after run it tells it is ok and computer has to be restarted... but same problem: it fails at 99%.

Something that might help: in winduws updates list he proposes exchange CU13... that is already installed... So it seems windows tries to install things already installed.

Any hint?

Furthermore, since I installed exchange 2016 server, if I go to Toos/system configuration, a selective start is proposed.
