Hi
There is a problem that i don't know this is virus or basically windows
problem?
Explanation of problem:
1- In windows is a unknown user that encrypt my files
(txt,jpg,psd,fla,swf,rtf ) and i can't open these files and can't remove the
unknown user.
2-When i want open files show me this error : access to "File Name" was
denied
3- The colur of files is green like encrypt files
4- I test my computer with all antivirus,non of them can't find virus, just
NOD 32 recognize these files and show me that can't open files for test and
also show this detail " access to "File Name" was denied"
5- This problem start whit 1 file and up to now about 1000 files have this
problem and i can't open these files, also can't copy files!


Please help me.

You definitely have a virus, worm or some other malware by the sound of
it.
First run update antivirus software.
Follow that with at least 3 decent spyware detectors such as Spybot,
Adaware, Windows Defender, etc., ALL updated before use.
If none of those find and download HiJack This, RTFM, and post a log
to an appropriate newsgroup NOT HERE!

Your crosspost needs to be seriously trimmed down that's entirely too
many groups and it's probably keeping you from getting responses from
some people. I do thank you however for at least using cross posting
and not multi posting.

Target your group list better, run the above scans, and if you still
have problems, come back and exaplain further.
