NIC teaming LACP faulted

Hi,

I have a switch dlink DGS-1210 witch support LACP : so, i have made a Team with 2 ports on this swith, but the teaming state is faulted:

Reason LACP Negotiation: error

I have intel NIC

When I use ANS intel I can create a team LACP.

How can i use microsoft teaming ?
