Windows Server 2016 - Shared Folders - Open Files Accessed by [Disconnected]

Hi,

Please help me

I have windows server 2016 that share folders say that access by [disconnected]

When it show disconnected my user cannot open the file and I cannot close that open file.

is there any solution other than restart the server ?
