We bought our computer from Staples with everything loaded a couple years ago. Has a sticker on it. Monday when I came into work and turned on my computer I got the message that This copy of Windows is not Genuine. I took a picture of the key number from the sticker from the computer. When I went in to look at the key for the OS, it was a different key number. I tried typing in the key from the sticker and it said that that key was blocked by Microsoft. I was getting updates and everything worked fine for at least 2 years. But this week all of a sudden my OS is not genuine. Very Confused!!! The link my computer sends me to validate OS7 is broken or removed. Have no clue if I'll continue to get updates and my screen is now black. This is my office computer, that I do not personally own. I can't afford for it not to be working properly as 99% of what I do to get paid is on this computer. I do have a Windows7 64-bit Office Repair Disc I made when I first got the computer, but I do not know if it will help. What do I need to do? Worried as I know support for OS7 is about to go away.
