Windows Server 2016 Event ID 513 CAPI2

Hello Microsoft Community,

I'm trying to fix event ID 513 on my Windows Server 2016 DC which is my file server..

I found this: Fix Event 513 CAPI2 Errors During Windows Backup

but I'm not sure how safe it is to run this command or there any better way to fix it?
