computer gets stuck on 1st reboot during setup

whenever I try to install windows 7 or vista on my computer it runs setup fine untill it reboots the 1st time durring setup then nothing it starts to reboot after the bootmanager goes to the continue setup then after 3 seconds it just stops and a black screen oh by the way it is UEIF GPT computer
