Terminal Service Licencing

I just purchase 25 cal user for Terminal Service. I have a stand alone 2003
standard server, can anyone tell me how to add this licening before our trail
runs out. It seems to me it not just like adding a key.

Install the Terminal Services Licensing Service, from Add/Remove
programs - Add Windows Components. Then activate the Licensing Server
and use the wizard to install your license pack.
