File Explorer Dark Mode Won't Work..

I've tried everything to see how I can fix this problem. Recently I realized the possibility of the File Explorer being Dark Mode friendly, I've seen my sisters computer with it and a few of my friends as well. For some reason my File Explorer refuses to enable or use Dark Mode, I've seen the videos that have told me to update my computer, which I have to no avail, as well as using my settings to enable Dark Mode universally. Sadly, everything I've tried hasn't worked, everything else on my computer uses Dark Mode but the File Explorer, I need some help here.
