AD DS Failure to Synchronize

One of my HyperV domain controllers has started throwing synchronization errors. It appears to be related to an error developed by the VM being shut down improperly. The source of most of the errors appears to be DFSR. Does anyone any any suggestions on as to how I can get the error cleared and my two Domain Controllers replicating as usual.

Errors include:

• 5014
• 4614
• 6702
• 2104
• 2212
