Trying to recover Microsoft Flight X License from old computer

I used to run Microsoft Flight X in an old computer running Vista. That computer died recently. I am trying to find a way to recover the license, since when I try to activate Flight in a new computer I get an activation error. Does anyone know how I can get help on this?
