Windows Update shows no Updates

hi,

my server shows no of the new July updates. while press search updates it begins to search for 24 hours and more but no new updates...



sfc /scannow > no probs
also clean:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth

also


net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver


doesn't help

what can I do? thanks...
