USB ports not working

when I connected keyboard I got a message that " the last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows do not recognize it " so I google it and update the universal serial bus drivers, suddenly my USB ports stopped working, after that my mobile is getting charged using the USB port but it does not recognize the USB drivers for copying the data . And it does not show in disk manager, please give me a solution ....
