keyboard malfunctions

I have had this issue for about two weeks now, I cant seem to figure out what's going on. On my physical keyboard (I'm using my on screen keyboard right now) thw keys s, c, p, b, vol up, down, and mute, my screen brightness up and down, and my spacebar are not working at all.. I don't unddrstand whats going on or how it happened? please help..
