Remove Work account

I have domain that is on a server 2012r2 level. I also have a user signed into a server 2016 server. I need to go into pc settings to remove his school/work account but when I try I do not even see the tab where that setting is under user accounts. Is there any way for me to remove this without raising the domain level or deleting his account profile from the server?
