Where can I see my search history of "Find" tab in Active Directory ?

Good day to you

Yesterday, My colleague gave one security group to change in that group's property. I searched that security group in Active Directory "Find" tab. Now I forgot that security group Name. Where can i see my search history of "Find" tab in AD ?
