kb4512517 - The Update is not applicable to your computer

Hello.

I am trying to install kb4512517 (windows10.0-kb4512517-x64_81ba5a17cf768a54489faf28ba3a3eca3c0c36d5) to Windows 2016 Datacenter box and getting the below error:

"Windows update could not be installed because of error 2149842967"

I have another server with the exact same configuration (as far as I can tell) and it is happy to install.

Does anyone know why this might be?
