Our RRAS server stopped taking connections, I found these in the logs

CoId={847707BB-B98A-4662-ACDF-50459DA51ACD}: The user eric connected from 192.x.x.x but failed an authentication attempt due to the following reason: The connection could not be established because the authentication method used by your connection profile is not permitted for use by an access policy configured on the RAS/VPN server. Specifically, this could be due to configuration differences between the authentication method selected on the RAS/VPN server and the access policy configured for it.

And

CoId={847707BB-B98A-4662-ACDF-50459DA51ACD}: The following error occurred in the Point to Point Protocol module on port: VPN3-127, UserName: eric. The connection could not be established because the authentication method used by your connection profile is not permitted for use by an access policy configured on the RAS/VPN server. Specifically, this could be due to configuration differences between the authentication method selected on the RAS/VPN server and the access policy configured for it.


also getting NPS error 25

The description for Event ID 25 from source NPS cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

VPN
Microsoft Routing and Remote Access Service Authentication Servers
192.x.x.x

Using windows Auth, not radius, all the sec settings on the client and server match. I cant figure this one out!
