i have a windows 8 i need to get back into i need to do a disc to get it to start and i do not have a product key i was not given no disk or n e thing from the rent to own store i took it there and well of course said they cant get it naturally but here i am at last resort please some one has got to know the answer i called microsoft n said they wanted to charge me to talk i hung up
