DCOM error related to old domain controller IP

I faced this error which related to this ip which I used before for old domain controller but I removed it from long time but still have this error

DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer 192.168.10.210 using any of the configured protocols; requested by PID db8 (C:\MANAGE~1\OPMANA~1\jre\bin\java.exe).
