Malicious unsubscribe

I have dual boot Win 10 & XP Home. I was on internet with XP, email (outlook.com) had a reacurring

message, I went down to Unsubscribe, clicked on it and find I am now unsubscribed from not only the

email message but outlook.com too.

How do I get my outlook back??
