The application interface be resized then the text will display incompleted after applying the windows update package KB4507460

On the windows server 2016 standard OS.

click anywhere, all the display in the windows form application is correct.

Then windows update to install the package KB4507460.

Open the application again, the interface will be resized, and the text on the GUI will display incomplete, see below figure.

But uninstall this package, the strings can display fine in the GUI.
