SWAPPING HARD DRIVES

Hello, i have a two laptops a HP Elite-Book and a Pro-Book , i want to transfer my hard drive from my Elite-book(windows 10 installed) to my Pro-Book (Windows 8 installed ) ....will it bring any issue and is it safe to make it happen without losing any files or data?
