Hi,
I purchased my computer from Best Buy last November. I spoke with someone from HP today and they advised that I was sold the license for windows 8 and my computer only had an online update to windows 10.
I'm now being told by HP that I need to purchase the Windows 10 license only from them. And in the meantime, my computer isn't getting any updates and not receiving any of the security features that come with Windows 10.
Can you enlighten me on this? I told him I would do my research before making a purchase.
