Kill User in Task Manager

I cannot seem to kill a user in Task Manager. Its a Citrix application box and i think the user must have disconnected incorrectly and now the session is stuck. If i right click and select "Sign Off" it doesn't do anything. Is there a way to kill this without restarting?
