After installing the updates in Windows 10, my laptop (HP Pavillion n012tx) keyboard stopped working. The hardware seems fine as I'm able to access my keyboard in boot menu and tested it with trying Ubuntu, where keyboard worked fine. I installed windows over previous installation using MediaCreationTool but even it didn't helped. I restored my PC to factory settings using HP recovery to Windows 8 but even that didn't helped.
Going through many solutions online, none worked for me. I tried the following solutions:
Disabling filter keys in Windows 10.
Removing keyboard from Device Manager, restarting, updating to latest drivers.
Removing Synaptics Touchpad Drivers and getting latest.
Troubleshooting keyboard in Ease of Access menu.
Removing battery of laptop and holding power key for removing residual charge.
Windows update to latest drivers.
Updating BIOS of my laptop.
I tried almost all available solutions posted on various forums but none worked for me. Can anyone help me regarding this issue?
