My friend's Inspiron 3521 won't boot properly.
Each time we try to boot it up, we get the four-pane window pane and the spinning circle then a gray screen.
If we then remove the battery, put it back in place then try to boot the laptop, we get the four-pane window pane, the spinning circle, a "Please wait" message then the following:
Recovery
It looks like Windows didn’t load properly.
If you’d like to restart and try again, choose “Restart my PC” below. Otherwise, choose “See advanced repair options” for troubleshooting tools and advanced options. If you don’t know which option is right for you, contact someone you trust to help you.
If also run Dell's Pre-boot System Assessment, which found no problems.
What should be our next step(s)? What are out best options?
Thanks in advance.
