VMDK to VHD Conversion

Hi

Please suggest the best tool to convert the WINDOWS 2016 VM to Hyper-V . I have Windows 2016 VMWARE VM to be converted as Hyper V VM.

I am not able to use the DISKTOVHD and MVMC as it gives error like EFI is not supported.

Please suggest tool which involves less outage
