kb4512486 - Unable to install patch

Hello.

We are trying to install the above security patch on Windows 2012 R2.

We get the error "The patch is not applicable to your computer"

We have tried updating SSU - kb4504418. However, this also says it is not applicable.

Any help would be appreciated.
