KMS server caching

Hello, I have a question regarding KMS host caching. IS this setting on the KMS server also or is on clients or both ?


Can the KMS caching be turned off from the KMS server to force all KMS clients to check the DNS again?

Also how long a client cache a KMS server ? Or what is the time until it does a new DNS check ?
