Dear Reader,
We use VMWare hypervisor, on top of that Windows 2012R2 RDSH + Citrix Xenapp + VMWare UEM
When users switch from thinclients to take over their session with a random Office document open. Printers are no longer visible in Office 2010. However, I can print from Notepad. Everything works as expected when Office is restarted.
Who can help me to sleve the issue?
