Event ID 513 - AddLegacyDriverFiles: Unable to back up image of binary Microsoft Link-Layer Discovery Protocol - WINDOWS SERVER 2016

Hi,

Windows server 2016 is generating event ID 513.

Cryptographic Services failed while processing the OnIdentity() call in the System Writer Object.

Details:
AddLegacyDriverFiles: Unable to back up image of binary Microsoft Link-Layer Discovery Protocol.

System Error:
Access is denied.


I've already run the below workaround but still the event is appearing.
