Server stuck at windows logo loading

Hi,


My windows 2012 R2 server is stuck in windows logo. Safe mode, lost know good config doesnt work. Its ell Power edge physical machine.

Also its strange that WinRE environment is also not loading. I tried f8-> repair your computer and its also stuck on windows logo loading screen. Also when i tried to boot from mapped ISO, its happening the same.

Please help!
