Windows Server 2012R2 Corrupt System files
Hello!
The SCClient.exe can't be started on a 2012 R2 Windows Server. My system files are probably corrupt, I can't install .NET Framework, and a lot of other apps. Things I have tried:

- Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
- Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
- Uninstalling and reinstalling .NET Framework and Silverlight
- Silverlight/.NET repair tool
- Software Center Reinstalll
