I am attempting to upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 10 by using an OEM Windows 10 installation disc. But, when I insert the disc in my disc drive and then start the installation process, it reaches a certain point and then tells me that the device drivers are missing. So, I then told the computer to look on the installation disc for the missing files but, the computer cannot find the drivrers on the boot disc or the hard drive.
In addition, I have also attempted to upgrade to Windows 7 via the Windows Welcome Center but, the computer keeps telling me that I need to connect to the Web first. However, I was connected to the Web when I attempted to upgrade to Windows 7.
So, how do I complete the Windows 10 installation process?
