After I upgraded to Windows 10..after being promised that ALL my files would be exactly where they were previously..ALL my music and photo files vanished without trace..including an ORIGINAL recording of MY OWN..which cost me THOUSANDS of dollars..AND some IRREPLACEABLE photo's and videos of a now DEAD FRIEND of mine..I was EVENTUALLY reimbursed for about HALF of the cost of finding approximately HALF of all the music and photo files on my phone and transferring it all BACK to the computer again ..and then they sent me a CHEQUE for a LITTLE bit more of the money..and the cheque was "stopped" before it was EVEN sent..which is FRAUD if someone from the PUBLIC is do this..and now..after ALL this..seemingly,because I haven't listened to any music in a quite a while..because I have been battling DEPRESSION..and now,when I REALLY want and NEED to listen to some music again..it is ALL GONE AGAIN?!
WHAT THE HELL??.. I thought the WHOLE concept of storing files on a computer is so they are available WHEN and WHERE we,the CUSTOMERS..want to use them..NOT when it is ACCEPTABLE to MICROSOFT for us to access OUR OWN FILES!!..it seems there are WAYy too many over-educated IDIOTS working at Microsoft..and they have lost sight of who pays THEIR salaries..THE CUSTOMERS..US....SO,who do I send the BILL to..and what do you think is an acceptable fee!?!I am going across top APPLE..URGENTLY..and I will be telling EVERYBODY I KNOW..ALL of this..and advising ALL to defect likewise!!..what a USELESS pack of FOOLS!!
