I know there are lots of programs to monitor processes in remote
computers, but:
Is there any way for me to hide this processes in my local computer to
remote monitors so they cannot see which applications I am using?
Thanks in advance

1. Disable the Remote Registry service

2. Disable the Administrative Shares.

(Latter only applies to Pro versions)

mmmm fine, already did the shares thing, but didn´t know about Remote
Registry service...so stopping or disabling it may block remote
monitoring? (it´s Windows XP Pro in Active Directory, but I have
administrative permissions) For what I´ve read, it will only block
access to my Windows Registry, doesn´t seem to be related to block
remote monitoring of active processes or running applications.
Thanks in advance!

As a domainmember, the Administrator is your God. <pause for effect as eyes
glow> Kneel before him, or you will feel the blast of his Zat'nik'tel.

Seriously, if a computer is a domain-member you must accept that it is no
longer an independent entity.
