How to install windows server 2016 on hp proliant dl380 G7

When Using Smart Start latest Ver 8.70 Only windows server 2008 even 2012 or 2016 not in the list ,when booting normally from USB nothing happen .i do some research and upgrade Bios Firmware With no hope >> any advice !
