SBS 2011 and AD question

We have multiple Windows 2012R2 acting as DC's and we are going to be retiring our 2011 SBS server in the next few weeks.

I'm wondering if I can remove MyBusiness\Computers\SBSComputers and

MyBusiness\Users\SBSUsers folders?

If I do that, will the new users and computers default to main Computers and Users containers?
