It seems to be happening more and more lately, seems to be more so when it comes to cycling menus including the death screen when the whole team wipes on a strike or something in Destiny 2.

Here is my crash_info.txt for when it happened most recently, but they are all the same

My computer:
Alienware Aurora R7
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20 GHz, 3192 Mhz
Bios Version/Date is Alienware 1.0.19, 6/4/2019
16 GB of Ram
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

I am not sure how long this has been going on for as I have not been playing Destiny 2 on PC on this computer until cross save came out. Before that I played Starcraft 2 on PC mainly, and the only issue I had with that was that a lot of times during an online arcade game I would freeze and it would either go back to the game or i would just lag out of that particular game, I just thought this was internet related but now I am wondering if it wasn't. I have played Division 2 on this computer as well but that did not have any issues, but I haven't played that in a while. Otherwise this weekend I started playing Gears 5 on PC and that will freeze but it will unfreeze and gameplay will continue. I thought this could be a graphics card overheating issue, it was getting 174 degrees during Gears 5 when it froze. But on Destiny 2 when it happened my stats on MSI Afterburner would drop right down to normal numbers when not in a game and I was not able to see final numbers, thats how I know its crashing.

In hopes to fix this I have tried underclocking my Graphics Card which works on the temperature (I have not tried it with Gears 5 yet) but Destiny 2 is still crashing. I have tried changing the XMP but my computer will not allow me to. I have also cleared up some unused trash on my computer because one of the times I was playing I was watching my Memory and it was at 10 out of 16 gigs, and I dropped that down to 8. Destiny 2 is taking up about 3 gigs give or take of memory. This is getting more and more frequent, its even starting to freeze on using other programs now too, is there anything I can do?
