Problem with creating pagefile

Hi,

I have a Windows VPS with 1GB RAM and about 16GB free storage with Windows server 2012 Standard.

I want to create pagefile to expand my memory capability but it's not working! Each time I'm going to create pagefile and click on OK, it does not apply!
