0x80073701 when adding Hyper-V

I've got 0x80073701 error when trying to add Hyper-V role on my Windows 2016 Standard. System is updated regularly, runs some stuff and reinstalling it isn't an option. I've reviewed some similar threads on this board but none of them helped.
