New PC freezes after BIOS

I just bought a new pc, and after plugging it all together and sticking the windows 10 usb drive into the appropriate slot, I started it up. This is as far as it gets me (picture below). When I changed the boot sequence in the BIOS, instead of the AORUS logo it was the windows one. I tried removing all but 8gb of RAM, powering on/off, and in the WINDOWS BOOT MENU where it asks for 64 bit or 32 bit, I went into advanced setting and tried booting in safe mode. It appeared to install windows, however it brings me to the same page below; and freezes like it previously did, and now upon powering on and off ot doesnt take me to the windows boot menu anymore. Straight into the page below, which for a few second has the spinning balls icon indicating that's its loading and then freezes.

Any possible fixes?
