I wiped the hard drive on my laptop, and now I'm trying to install Windows 10. However, when I attach a bootable Windows 10 USB, I enter a boot loop, with the HP logo and nothing else.
Here's what I've checked:
1. The USB port is working. I can use it to boot Ubuntu.
2. The Windows USB drive is valid. I can use it to run Windows on my second laptop.
What's left to check?
It's an HP Pavilion, HP 17-g121wm. Using gparted (running linux from USB), all partitions have been removed from the hard drive.
