how do I restore previous version of notepad, that your agent deleted, with my files in it, when he said, he would not delete nothing. I have tried system restore, recovery, but both these things only go back to when your agent deleted this version of notepad, so I lost everything, even in my pictures, most of them are gone, I just wanted to change email on Microsoft, but your web site would not let me do that or this agent either, so he had a new idea.
