I got hacked and cant change some of the settings. Can anyone help PLEASE????

I keep getting an error message: nothing can be sent from the desktop" trying to view through a second TV. But the wierd thing is desktop options are greyed out and I cant change them. Someone hacked my laptop and made some of the settings greyed out and not useable. Can anyone help with this please???
