windows 2008 R2 Replacing with 2016

Hello Friend's i have 2 DC , DC1 and DC2 both 2008 R2 servers i wanted to replace 2008 R2 DC2 with 2016 server as DC2 by shutting down 2008 R2 DC2 Server and renaming it with same credentials of DC2 2008 Server on 2016 server . .


can any one help me out on this what can be done and process involved in ti.
